Payment Options: Payments are accepted through our secure online store. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. It is also possible to make a standard bank transfer - please place your order via email to info@studioenti.com.au if you wish to pay via bank transfer.

Wholesale Enquiries:  please contact Studio Enti directly to discuss and for trade/wholesale price lists. 

Descriptions: All products in the store are photographed as accurately as possible. Each piece is handmade and unique and because of this the piece you receive may not be exactly the same as that in the photo. Colour and finish of the ceramics will vary between pieces which is an intentional reflection of the genuine handmade nature of each piece. 

Making & Delivery Times:  Not all items are in stock at all times. As soon as your order is received, we will let you know when it will ship, however, if not in stock please allow up to four weeks for your piece/s to be made and delivered. Should you require your order to be delivered by a specific date please contact me at info@studioenti.com.au  prior to placing your order and I will advise you on availability and the necessary time to complete and deliver to you. 

Shipping & Postage: Single orders within Australia are charged at a flat rate starting at $7.20. The unit postage rate is reduced for multiple purchases and is calculated by weight (up to 4kg) at checkout. Orders over 4kg will be calculated Once full payment has been received for your order, items will ship within 2 to 4 business days, unless the item(s) ordered are out of stock and will be made to order. 

All domestic orders are sent with Australia Post. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number and may require a signature on delivery. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrive.

Delivery: Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. Studio Enti is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us.

International Orders:  We can ship internationally on request. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Care Instructions: All pieces have been handmade with care and are lead-free and dishwasher safe. Like most handmade products, you can ensure a long lifetime of use with careful washing and stacking. Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes if heating the product.

Refund Policy:  All efforts have been made to capture and display each piece/range accurately, however each piece is unique and the piece you receive may vary slightly in shape/colour to the photographs on our products page.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods purchased, for whatever reason, you can return them for an refund or credit note. Please inform Studio Enti via email within 5 days of receiving the item and return the items within 10 working days from the date you originally received the order.

If your item/s arrive broken please email us a photo of the broken goods within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange a replacement or credit voucher.

Delivery of Items weighing over 5kg will be calculated on an individual basis, dependent on the location of delivery. In order to ensure the pieces are adequately packaged. Please allow us to contact you in order to confirm these details, charges will then be invoiced separately. 

 

Studio Enti is not registered for GST and therefore no GST is collected on items sold
